While waiting for some friends at the park,youd think I would know better then to play around on the wall.Nope! Not me I turn around to walk the other direction and lose my footing,falling off the wall landing on my ankle!OUCH!Having no other option but to climb back up the wall wounded ankle and all,I hop up and over making my way to the table to massage my ankle.Thats not helping at all, then I notice a box to the right that the park has left unlocked.Inside a waterhose with nice cold water to help the throbbing and pain.This clip is over 7mins long.
